If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (401) 996-7059 or email email@example.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back to and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us. If we are unable to give you a replacement due to the product being unavailable, we will refund you the purchase price.

Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.
